THE BEGINNING 

 

In 2004, Andreas Kleinert helped the start of Novartis’ Operational Excellence journey. With the local team he set up the  first trainings and coached the initial projects to success. 

 

These were legendary times of Lean and Six Sigma entering pharmaceutical companies. Today, we still train Green Belts and Black Belts at Novartis. We are very proud that they still contact us for really challenging tasks, as well as to have a friendly discussion over a coffee.
