In the last 20 years we have experienced that Green Belts benefit so much from having a good coach at hand. After the Green Belt has learned about so many new methods the coach will help him to practically work according to the new approach.
You will practically learn for life.
It depends on your project how much support you need. Some projects need a lot of coaching support at the beginning, others more towards the end. Typically, 6-10 sessions are needed per project, lasting about 30 to 60 minutes.
If you do not have a Black Belt or Master Black Belt available in your organization we are happy to offer you coaching support. For this, we arrange appointments with you as needed – online.
